| Being
of benefit to the management, a competitive, high efficient support-service
system has been set up on campus. According to the documents about
the reforms in the support-service socialization from the Ministry
of Education and the Provincial Education Department, the University
Support-Service Group strengthens the reform and seeks new management
methods and has reformed the inner management system, carried
out the assessment-engagement system and finished the first step
of the reforms and passed the assessment organized by the Provincial
Education Department. In 2002, it createded output value of 32
million yuan, fulfilled a profit tax of 2.35 million yuan, and
gained a profit of 2 million yuan. Besides these developments,
the service manner and quality has been greatly improved,with
the service being more scientific, standard and systematic.
In
the future, the Support-service Group will further develop the
inner management system reform, bring in appropriate social companies,
look for social funds joining the support-service facilities¡¯
construction, strengthen the competitive consciousness and provide
services to the teaching and research areas of the university.
It aims at achieving economic returns and improved social effects
at the same time.
